How Our Classes Are Structured
The majority of our pupils arrive with us from the age of 3 and leave in the July of the year they turn 11. The majority of children have a Preschool year and then Reception, followed by Years 1 to 6.
With 8 years and 6 classes, all children will spend two years in two of their classes as they travel through the school. Which two depends first and foremost on the child and their needs. It may also be influenced by the number of children in any one cohort and other factors such as space and ensuring the best spread of resources and teachers’ time.
